Scan your environment to name:

Press your feet into the floor. Hold onto a textured object firmly to bring your attention back to your body in the present.
Describe your surroundings or count backwards from 100. Say the current date and your location out loud clearly.
Slow your breath. Simply focus on the sensation of air entering and leaving your nostrils and chest with awareness.
